REFERRAL COMMISSION AGREEMENT
This Commission Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into, by and between (“Party A”) Arvin Sayson Añana and You (“Party B”) hereinafter be collectively referred to as “Parties”.

NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises set forth herein with valuable consideration the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto agree as follows:

AGREEMENT TO PAY COMMISSION: Party A hereby agrees to pay referral commission to Party B amounted to 11% of the stipulated price of the items sold or mentioned in the service agreement or agreements between Party A and the client/s referred by Party B.

PAYMENT OF COMMISSION: The commission shall be due and payable from any currency into Philippine pesos (Php) to Party B in monetary form inclusive to all transfer charges and other fees.

TERMS OF PAYMENT: The obligation to pay and the right to receive of the commissions stipulated herein shall be demandable only upon the full payment of the amount due to the client referred by Party B to Party A.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between Party A and Party B and supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations, and agreements, whether oral or written. No amendment & alteration of this Agreement shall be valid or binding unless approved by both parties.

CANCELLATION. The cancellation or withdrawal of this Agreement can only be made by Party A with a notice period of 15 days to Party B with or without valid cause.

EFFECITIVTY. This Agreement will took effect after the approval of Pary B's application for an affiliates account.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT:

After submitting the application by Party B constitute his or her acknowledgement as agreed and accepted the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
